SHIPPING POLICY

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your order is logged and payment authorization is received, Mobile Square India confirms the order and initiates processing. You will receive an email containing your order details and be notified when the item(s) are shipped, along with tracking information available in your account.

I missed the delivery of my order today. What should I do?

If you miss the delivery, the courier service will typically attempt delivery the next business day. Refer to your SMS for specific details on the next delivery attempt.

Will delivery be retried if I can’t collect my order the first time?

Couriers will attempt redelivery the next working day if you’re unable to collect your order on the first attempt.

The delivery of my order is delayed. What should I do?

In case of a rare delay, please check your email and messages for updates. You will be provided with a new delivery timeframe, and you can track your order’s status on the shipping provider’s website.

What should I do if my order is approved but hasn’t been shipped yet?

Orders are typically shipped 1-2 business days before the delivery date to ensure timely arrival. If your order hasn’t shipped within this timeframe, please contact our Customer Support for assistance.

Can I inspect the shipment before accepting it?

Per company policy, shipments cannot be opened before delivery. However, if you have concerns, you can accept the shipment and contact us within 24 hours.

Once your return request is accepted or approved, we will schedule a product pickup. If we are unable to collect the product, we will promptly notify you to arrange for return shipment at your convenience.

If you are arranging the return shipment:

  • You are responsible for covering the shipping expenses, and please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund.
  • Delivery times for exchanged products may vary by location.
  • For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or obtaining shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.

Can items be returned after the time period mentioned in the seller’s Returns Policy?

No, Mobile Square India website offers a 7-day replacement or refund guarantee. Sellers cannot accept returns after the specified timeframe. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Certain items are exempt from return, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
